Membership Terms and Conditions

 

  • Activation:  We require debit/credit card information to activate a membership.  Membership appointments start on the first of the following month.  Monthly membership must be paid prior to booking an appointment in order to receive program privileges.

 

  • Online Booking:  Members get exclusive access to our appointment book on our online website at www.mobilegrooming4pets.com.  Members are able to book their chosen interval appointments a month in advance using the online booking system.  While greater availability and flexibility of appointments will result from the membership program, we encourage clients to book their appointments in advance to avoid disappointment.  Clients can request that we continue to pre book their appointments for them if they would like.  It is still the responsibility of the owner to ensure that an appointment is booked each month.

 

  •  No Shows:  If you or your pet are a no-show when we arrive at your door for your scheduled appointment time, you will forfeit that grooming for the month, no refund will be given.  You pay prior to hold your membership slot whether you use it or not.  You will still be charged the full groom membership price for next month’s visits if you are a member.

 

  • Prices & Payments:  Prices are non-negotiable and membership payments are due on the month prior to the first appointment of the following month.  Members must keep a debit/credit card on file with us.  Once automatic withdraw is set up you will have access to booking online.  Payments will be debited monthly per your package choice.  If you would like to upgrade or downgrade your package or change grooming intervals you must inform us via email with a minimum of a 30-days’ notice at Getyourdogstyled@gmail.com.

 

  • Appointment Cancellations & rescheduling: If you would like, your appointment scheduled may be cancelled or rescheduled anytime, however we do require at least 48-hours’ notice otherwise a cancellation fee of $25 per pet will be charged to your account.  Please be respectful of our time and other members as we are a by-appointment only company.  By allowing 48-hours’ notice gives opportunity for other members to book that spot. Get Your Dog Styled appreciates your understanding and cooperation with this very important policy.

  • Service Balance:  Membership services must be used within the calendar month.  Unused credits do not carry forward and cannot be used for a different pet.  Each pet has its own membership price.

 

  • Membership Program:  Get Your Dog Styled membership program includes three (3) different grooming interval choices; weekly, bi-weekly or every 4-weeks.  We have our Basic standard service with two (2) different add-on care packages to choose from; Kaiyote package or Wolf Pack package.  All charges are due for the entire month on the month prior to the first groom of the following month.

 

  • Direct Debit:  Direct Debit Membership requires a direct debit to be set up prior to an appointment booking. All founding members, first debit will be processed in October for a November appointment. All non-founding members will pay the first installment the month of sign up and be able to book their first groom the following month. Once the Debit is set up you will have access to our online booking. Payment will be debited monthly from your credit card or bank account as per your package. A Direct Debit dishonor fee of $5.00 will apply for each failed Direct Debit.  If we are unable to collect payment within 5 business days you will be automatically dropped as a client, all appointments will be cancelled, and all unpaid monthly subscriptions will be charged to your account.  If we are unable to collect monies owed Get Your Dog Styled will move forward with collection.

 

  • Membership Cancellation:  To cancel your membership fully, a 30-day notice via email to Getyourdogstyled@gmail.com is required.  Memberships are non-refundable.  No refunds will be given for missed or unused appointments.  If you cancel your membership, your membership spot will be offered to the next person on our membership wait list.  If you then wish to re-join you will be added to the wait list and if upon acceptance will be required to pay your first month in advance as per standard membership terms.  Considerations will be made for deceased pets.

 

  • Gratuity is not included in the membership.  It is a matter of personal discretion, dependent on the relationship you have with your pet’s stylist and your level of satisfaction of each service.  Gratuity is not required but is appreciated.
